I encounter problems of scenery for Lisbon v2.

As the manual of your FTX VECTOR tells you, you need to run "FTX Vector Configurator" after installing new airports and in there run the "Airport Elevation Corrections".

I know this and using it for FsX, but I thought it was only for FSX, as you can see on next screen

You cannot choose the simulator

I will try, but not sure to get solved !

Or, if your Orbx products are up to date:

you start FTXC, choose your simulator (P3Dv3) -> FTX Global Range -> click on FTX Vector -> click on Control Panel and then you will see what I see. ;)
