odaat 0
I don't speak or read German, but I browse the forum from time to time. I came across this from January 3: http://forum.aerosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=9961 Aerosoft won some player-voted awards from http://flugsimulation.com including Best Support. Congratulations to all the personnel at Aerosoft for being recognized for what I have found to be the best, fastest, and most courteous product support I have encountered in the flight sim world! Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted January 7, 2007 Aerosoft Share Posted January 7, 2007 I only have good experience with the Aerosoft product support, methinks the Award is well deserved! Thanks, we do feel very strong about customer relations as you know (this forum shows it best). But strangely enough we are about to change our support strategy in the first months of 2007. We got some ideas that will make it a bit less time consuming and will make it easier for non German / non English speaking customers.
