Lord Nibbo 7
I've just downloaded four paints from the Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended repaints lists but when I try to add them using the livery manager and usr the "Add Livery" button I get "Sorry, bad format. This file cannot be installed" or "Sorry this file cannot be installed" I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, is there a cure for this problem? Deputy Sheriffs Eric Bakker 736 Posted January 29, 2015 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted January 29, 2015 I've just downloaded four paints from the Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended repaints lists but when I try to add them using the livery manager and usr the "Add Livery" button I get "Sorry, bad format. This file cannot be installed" or "Sorry this file cannot be installed" I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, is there a cure for this problem? There are two possible causes for the Livery Manager not to work: 1. The zip file containing the repaint does not follow the format rules for the Livery Manager. Here you can read how it should be, and you can change the zip to match it if you want: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/70584-guidelines-for-uploading-repaintsliveries/ 2. The Livery Manager has a bad day (this happens ). Sometimes it works better if, instead of using the button 'Add livery', you just drag and drop the repaint zipfile on the program (while it is open/running). Which four repaints did you download and try?
