Lower ECAM cycles screen endlessly in flight; does not accept manual page selection

I'll be uploading a video of this in action later this weekend, but it is similar to the behavior in the A320/A321 where I would attempt to look at a particular ECAM page (i.e. flight controls if I'm doing the control check, APU if I'm monitoring the startup procedure, gear page for the brakes check, etc.) and the ECAM rejects my input. Checklist and copilot are turned OFF.
