Just click print ofp at the end of your planning and release and select that pdf program, I don't remember the name of it.

yes you can download and install a programm which can create a PDF file if you select it as printer.

I use PDF Creator for that.

Then you simply select the print option and select PDF Creator as printer.

wow, never knew I could do this I was quite happy with the basic notepad file! thanks! this is the software I tried http://www.pdfforge.org/ let me know if this is the best option or if there is anything better out there

Stuart, most of the free pdf printers are very simular for those interested I've compiled a small list here of pdf printing 'software'

1. Adobe Acrobat Pro - you have to buy it obviously but it's the 'best' by far, given it's adobes own. (personal opinon)

2. Bullzip PDF Printer - Free for non Commercial with some limitations http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php

3. CutePDF writer - Free in its basic form, not used it myself. http://www.cutepdf.com/

4. PDF Creator - Free, Open Source and really really nice functionality: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

Obviously doing a google search for PDF Printer or the like will give you a bigger list, the best thing about these is obviously you can use them for more then PFPX, need to hand in a university assignment but they want it electronic? Print to pdf, the boss is overseas and needs the document.. print to pdf etc.

thanks rob, Ive installed the PDF Forge one as it was the 1st on google when I intended to test this function, seems to be fine so far not had any issues with it but this is great for reference if i do have a problem at a later stage. I much prefer the look of the pdf compared to the old notepad style i have become accustomed to. I hope our readers enjoy this as much as i do!

Folks,

First of all thanks a lot for the suggestions regarding print-to-PDF option. Actually I'd like to be able to edit OFP's pdf files on my Ipad, is anyone familiar with IOS software that is capable of doing such things. I'm only aware about WritePDF, but they only mention ability to write into forms, not stand-alone PDF files.

I use Primo PDF - Free ( http://www.primopdf.com/ ). One nice feature of this product is that you can Append new output to an existing file, thus can make a collection of files into a single pdf file.
