Yes.

But the V-Speeds are only taken from full-thrust.

Would be nice to see a check- or pulldownbox in the takeoff-module to choose the own desired reduced thrust setting and these v-speeds in the ofp.

This needs to be incorporated to TOPCAT. Feature will be added soon.

Sorry to make this post up... I don't see the reduced thrust in the Topcat integrated info inside PFPX.. and I think it is important. what are the plannings to include that information with the Vspeeds?
