Emi 5161 Posted April 21, 2012 Share Posted April 21, 2012 If you log in to your account you'll see your licsense key also, so you may want to try copying it from there. Also make sure not to confuse the two serials. Also, are you sure that the e-mail you're entering is the correct one.
