Just Fly 56
Hello! Would there be any compatibility problems with Lord Howe Island X and the software developped by ORBX, like FTX or the freeware terrain mesh software "HolgerMesh!" ? If yes, can it be fixed by setting the priority of Lord Howe Island X over it?

Holger_Sandmann 0
Hi there, when we worked on FTX Australia GREEN, which includes our version of Lord Howe Island, I've considered users of the Aerosoft package. Thus, people that have both add-ons have two options, either to use the Aerosoft package as is (by removing some of the ORBX files) or as a "hybrid" in which the ORBX ground textures and autogen make up the island while the Aerosoft 3D mountains and the airfield remain. The link trisager posted is the sticky thread in the ORBX forum that explains the options with the help of some screenshots and links to the patch download. However, you need to register in the ORBX forums to access that thread. See http://orbxsystems.com/forums/index.php?board=99.0 Cheers, Holger
smoothchat 1
Sorry if this has already been asked, but which Orbx files should be removed in order to use the Aerosoft package as is? Ah, I see the solution in another post here http://orbxsystems.com/forums/index.php?topic=6009.
