How to install Aerosoft Twin Otter X into STEAM FS2020??

When I am asked the location of the flight simulator, I put that in and it says it "cannot find" the flight simulator.  My flight simulator is located at:

 

s:/steam/steamapps/common/MicrosoftFlightSimulator/   and the exe program is in this folder.

 

The above is what I use to start FS2020, how do I get the install package to "see this"?

About which Twinotter are you talking? The old one, which is not compatible with the new MSFS?

The new one for MSFS? If so, where did you buy it? Via MSFS marketplace? Then it is being installed automatically. Directly from Aerosoft? Then it is being installed viy AerosoftONE.
