How to load cold and dark

Every time I load up the CRJ the MFDs are on the both engines begin spooling up. How do I get it so it loads cold and dark every time?

*fresh install

*latest updates

You should be able to do so via the EFB on the left side if you select the "Default State"

 

You do always close the sim properly, right? As in you exit the flight via the Escape Menu and wait for the flight to fully close away? I know some devs' airplanes don't save settings if you close the sim abruptly by Alt-F4.
