Where is the Livery manager and my plane is on the ground?

I just bought this   We hereby acknowledge receipt of your order at Aerosoft US Shop (Nummer: 1120489597) on 11.01.2023 at 11:13.  

 

but where is the livery manager if I want to add on? Seems all I got is the updater?

 

I selected the aircraft in MSFS  hanger and the livery but the plane rear end is sitting on the ground and no wheels in outside view?

Regarding the Livery Manager:

There is and there will be no livery manager. The concept of MSFS is that you simply drop an additional livery in the Community folder: when you downloadd such livery eg. from flightsim.to, you get a rar or a zip file. This contains a folder and you simply unzip the folder to your MSFS Community folder

 

When you bought the CRJ, you can install it via AerosftONE. This tool handels verything including updates. No Updater needed.

I suggest to uninstall the CRJ, Donwload and install AerosoftONE (AO), in AO you login with your Aerosoft shop account and you will see what you bought and you can install it from within AO.
