Forget about any support

I sent a key request via the support forum over a week ago and no response.  I purchased topcat years ago and no longer have access to the email or any way to find out my key.  So much for "support" from this company.  BEWARE what you buy

FlightsimSoft does not have a forum so I guess you sent the request to Aerosoft?

 

Did you purchase directly from FlightsimSoft or another store?

Well that is one of the reasons we stopped selling it. If you send us a ticket at: https://aerosoft.zendesk.com/ we will see if we can speed things up.

Just came back to this forum to check on something and seen this response.  I DID post a support ticket (Nov 22nd) and, after a period of time of no response (Dec 4th), THEN I posted the OP.  After the posting I did get a response to the support ticked:

That was on Dec 8th so I guess the important thing is I got my key albeit a bit late.
