Well, as the window to the right say, there os a new installer available. That‘s why the update button is greyed out.

Flightsim.com has to provide you with. fresh installer.

Complete reinstall from Flightsim.com

 

Same installer error.

Exactly the same.

And what version number is shown for the CRJ in the ASUPdater? Post a screenshot which shows the upper part of the message.

I have the same problem, ASUpdater won't update the product (CRJ). Update option is greyed out.

Well, Mathijs and I asked several questions, which never got answered by the TO and he never came back, so it is very likely that it was a user error.

The update button was greyed out. Needed to reinstall the CRJ-package from the Aerosoft webpage/download section to get the CRJ up to date.

The product is updated to the correct version via manual reinstallation, but ASUpdater was not able to update the product.

Yes, because when there is a full new installer available you have to download it and update it this way. Just us ASUpdater tells you.
