!! Windows 7 no longer supported !!

As Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 7 on Jan 20th we will be unable to test any of our
products on that platform. It may work, or it may not, but no guarantees from our side.

Twin Otter Ex - Fuel planner won't open.

Recommended Posts

When trying to open the file: "Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended fuel planner.exe" I get a window: "File aircraft .xml not found". After a few previous tries, and windows, it did open once, however unable to open it again. Am I missing a sequence or some other parameter.  Thanks, Rick

Additional info: The Aerosoft Twin Otter fuel planner file is empty in the My Documents file! Purchased plane through PC Aviator. Win 7 computer. Thanks

Yes. Clicking on "Aerosoft.TwinOtterX.FuelPlanner.exe", as administrator with FSX running, produces a window: "File Aircraft .xml not found"!

The manual indicates this file (Aircraft.xml file) is located in the My Documents.Aerosoft.AerosoftTwinOtterExtended folder. This folder is empty! I installed this plane on two different computers with the same result. The file is missing. I downloaded and installed the plane again from PC Aviator and the file is  missing.

I purchased this plane from PC Aviator. I'm running Win 7 . Thanks for any help. Rick

P.S. I mistakenly thought the fuel planner opened once, my mistake, it never opened.

Thanks for the file - fuel planner is working. Unknown if the problem was unique to me or missing from the servers. At any rate - thanks again, Rick
