After paying the full price, I found out that Aerosoft is offering an upgrade discount on this add on. Is there any way I can get a refund for the discount amount? I did and got a one line response that "cannot refund the money" without anyone even asking me for details about previous serial or purchase record. I replied to the email and that email remains unanswered as of now. And looks like ticket is closed since I was asked to review the support few minutes back.
