We will offer the update options to all shops but exactly when they will offer them to their customers is out of our control.

No and no. After you paid you can install this product as often as you like on any of your personal computers, so only on the computers you own, NOT on those of others. There is no online activation. There is a watermark in the installed fileset (and installer) so when we see the files shared we will be able to trace that back to the person who bought it.

Hello I bought the Airbus X (box) way back in 2012; in 2014 I upgraded to the A32* bundle (again boxed). I have a receipt for this which says "Airbus Bundle Update (engl.) Update von Airbus X Extended Airbus Bundle English" The receipt is dated and numbered but there is no "bundle" serial number, only individual serial numbers in each box. I have just tried to purchase a new upgrade bundle for P3Dv4, but of course the shop system will not accept the individual box serial numbers for the discount. Hello, Regards to the A320/21 I brought it from fspilotshop over a year ago and been using the aircraft ever since, even when fspilotshop closed its doors. Now since V5 is out and waiting for the update I'm just looking into getting discount. Where or how do I get the discount? I read allot of threads that doesn't answer. Also, bad news for me, since fspilotshop is no longer. I only have the key and the files. No Serial Number Information. (still searching for it) Regards

Good evening, I appologise for being impatient (I'm mostly just excited to try the airbus out) but I wrote a ticket about an hour ago regarding a purchase I just made on your store for the Airbus Professional Bundle and I have no idea if the ticket was recieved or not. My order is still listed as not processed yet and my paypal payment is listed as "pending". Not sure what to do as I can't tell if the payment failed or if it's something on your end. I can't even cancel the order to try another payment option and I'm concerned about being billed 80 euros twice. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone, 1st off I hope I'm in the right/correct forum for my question. Happy New Year 1st and foremost! My question is this, I am long time simmer but have never really bought a " GOOD" Aircraft addon for my P3D v4.4. I have purchased aircraft addons in the past for other sims (like FSX etc...) but found them to difficult to program and get them off and running so to speak! ( PMDG 737-800) Is this addon easy to program or is there a huge learning curve I would have to familiarize myself with? I don't wanna have to spend hours programming the FMC etc... I'd like to create a flight plan using Pro ATC-X or something similar, load it and go so to speak. …

I'm attempting to purchase the A330 on the Aerosoft website and am getting an error when the site tries to charge my credit card. Normally this hasn't been an issue on previous purchases. What's happening is I've entered the card information and the site returns an error - see the attached picture I don't think the sale completed as there's no charge on my card, but the aerosoft sale doesn't give any error message. I don't want to try the purchase again until I know what the issue is. Update - If I move the mouse over the grey filed, there's an error - 'server IP address could not be found'

Hello, I have a problem and it's that now the Airbus A318/A319 has a discount of 25% and I want to purchase the upgrade from the previous version (29,98€). The problem is that during the checkout, when I enter the serial number, it doesn't let me purchase it for that price, because it applies the 25% of the "Deal of the week" discount. I recently moved from FSX to P3D4 and bought Aerosoft Professional bundle yesterday. After paying the full price, I found out that Aerosoft is offering an upgrade discount on this add on. Hi all, I have a quick question about the A320/321 professional before I purchase. I purchased the 32bit Bundle (318.319,320,321) on FSPilotshop on July 20th of 2017. I read that I can recieve a discount on the professional aircraft using the "voucher" field at checkout, but upon checking out w/ the 320/321 professional, I cannot find the voucher section. I was looking to see if anyone knew where I could find this, and, if with my purchase of the 32bit bundle, this would allow me to also buy the professional bundle at a discounted price. Hello, I am trying to piurchase the download verison of the Aerosoft A320/321 Prof. When i click on the page to put it in my cart it wont let me add it as a download just a box? Also i try to use my older serial number and i get a message that is it no valid which lead me to belive i am putting the wrong item in my cart. What am i doing wrong?

Sorry, but since you're very quick to close subjects, and we need to create a new thread if we have more questions to something that might have been answered, I can't find the exact answer to this, so here goes. I have the previous bundle, but only want to buy the new A320/321, can I still use the bundle serial to update to just one product, and what will the price be then? I really have no need for the mini busses, since I have flown them maybe just once or twice in P3Dv3, so I know the same will happen again if I buy them (meaning waste of money). Regards Jlund
