WebInterface Missing?

Recommended Posts

Apologies if I've missed a thread regarding this;

'To use the web interface, start WebInterface.exe that is in \Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX Connect Pro'

Can't find this file in my folder.

Thanks.

You will find it most likely in the quarantine folder of your anti virus software.

Please re-install the Airbus following these steps:

  1. Using the software control applet de-install the current busses
  2. De-activate your virus scanner (there is at least one that gives a false positive)
  3. Stop all "Steam" services running in the background (use the Windows Task Manager to check)
  4. Enable your Windows Firewall (if on Windows 10)
  5. Install the new version(s) (as Administrator, i.e. right click the installer and select "Run as Administrator)
  6. Activate your virus scanner
  7. Defrag your hard disk (NOT if you use a SSD!)

Hi Tom,,

Yes, ConnectPro gives me a window with an invisible button (cursor changes to a hand) in right lower corner, with no tooltip. Clicking this area opens a new web browser tab with the text:

This site can’t be reached

10.0.0.75 refused to connect.

  • Search Google for 4040
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

That is the IP address of my simulator PC.

For me this looks like the connection is blocked by a firewall. Please make sure, that "A3XXConnectPro.exe" is not blocked by your firewall as also that the firewall doesn't block the address "10.0.0.75:4040".

Hi Mathijs,

Yes, both devices are on the same network. I just installed the 320/321, after disabling anti-virus, and Webinterface.exe is not in the A3XX ConnectPro folder. There is only A3XXConnectPro.exe, busbanner.jpg and MCDU_bg.jpg.

Right, think it's fixed now. I just ran P3D with A3XX ConnectPro running, and the button in the middle turned green, with the correct web address in green showing lower right.

Input the IP address to my tablet's browser and it connected straight away, so all is good.

I get this massage everytime i start the ConnectPro ..

Please login to display this image.

I think the problem is that the A320 Connect Pro exe can't find the ini cause it searching in the wrong direction.

Am I understanding this process correctly?

Run the aircraft configurator and enable web server. Done

Run P3D and select a Bus. OK

Run ConnectPro and log onto a web page on tablet to get up the MCDU interface. Ok

What then? There's just a static image of the MCDU on my tablet. No input, no display. Is that because i don't have the Webinterface.exe file?
