Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

MCDU 2D Panel - too dark

Recommended Posts

Hi - I know i am getting old (42...and not happy about it), but after the recent update, I am having a lot of trouble making out the text in the pop-out MCDU (2D panel) .   Seems to only happen at night.  Tried brightening it up but cant figure it out.  Any advice?

Please use SHIFT + L to lighten the MCDU3 ........ But why you are not looking for a solution in previous threads - there are several having the same issue......

Thanks....i will try it.

Believe it it or not, the first thing i did was search for a solution. Not sure why, but nothing came up. Maybe i didn’t use the correct keywords. Or i was looking in the wrong forum. But i assure you that I’ve been in these forums long enough to know that you never post a question without first searching for an answer.  And your post high-lights the reason why!

Again, thanks for the advice.....i really appreciate it.

Right now there is a problem with the forum search function.  To get it to work, I have to use the Advanced Search Function.  I've already made the team aware of this and I'm hoping it will get resolved soon.
