Thrustmaster T16000m FCS HOTAS

Recommended Posts

Hello

Merry Christmas,

My question,
I'm flying the time at IVAO with the P3dv3,     Aerosoft A320    with the Thrustmaster T Flight Stick Hotas X.
Would like to switch to the Thrustmaster T16000m FCS HOTAS.
But this has 2 USB outputs, once for the stick + once for the HOTAS.
Are there problems with the Prepar3d v3 - V4 during the installation.
What experience do other pilots have with it?

Hallo
Fröhliche Weihnachten,

Meine Frage,

  Hello Mathijs,

Sorry I did not understand you correctly?
I once have the stick with the many buttons and a USB plug and even the throttle with many buttons and a USB plug.
Both come in the PC.
Programming should then be done via Windows 10 and via the Prepar3dv 3 o.v4.
But Prepar3d has to handle 2 USB ports at the same time and I should not use the software and the driver of Thrustmaster?
Did I really understand you ??
Many Thanks .

Hallo Mathijs,

Vielen Dank .

Just plug them in, do not install any software, do not configure them in Windows. Just only assign the actions and axes in the sim. You can have an unlimited amount of controllers connected to P3D.

Danach kannst du alle Controller in P3D direkt zuweisen, das funktioniert großartig out of the Box.

Bernd, i have this HOTAS and no Issues what so ever with it in P3Dv4. I have installed just the hardware driver and NOT the Target GUI it came with. Afterwards, just assign every function in P3Dv4 natively - it just works - regardless of 2 USB Inputs.

Happy flying.

Good evening everyone. I've the same problem in P3D.

I've just plug in my new Thrustmaster T16000m FCS HOTAS, and P3D see the right system in "Controller" menu.

Unfurtunately I had the bad idea to install all drivers and TARGET software.

Now, in "Controller" menu of P3D I see only or T.1600M or TWCS Throttle; I can choose only one, bud I don't use both.

I try to recover my system, but it doesn't works.

How can I fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Check in the Windows Control Panel/Programs and Features to see if the Drivers show up there as an installation. If so, delete the package in the Control Panel applet and see if that helps.
