Not long ago I was doing some flights and when I clicked out of fsx onto my second screen the aircraft I was using (A320/21) started to slowly "spaz" out. I say the word spaz out in which I mean the sim would crash, I would have like 1fps and the aircraft would started banking left and right and travelling all over the place. Since then it sopped happening but today it done it again. It's really annoying, any fixes?

That is known to happen with low frame rates.  The only fix is to tune your system to maintain 18fps or higher.
