Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

  1. I have a clean install of P3Dv4.4 and was using the Airbuses without any issues, until I updated to v1.2.2.0. Since then I have had two flights (one with the A320 CFM and the other with the A321 IAE) both freeze the sim. Windows events log as follows: The program Prepar3D.exe version 4.4.16.27077 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel. Process ID: 261c Start Time: 01d4a5dd37131ce8 Termination Time: 114 Application Path: D:\Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v4\Prepar3D.exe Report Id: 2aec6a39-070a-40e8-8de4-ded4d3a8c06d Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: Hang type: Unknown Note that I do not have this kind of issue with any other aircraft (freeware or payware) only with Aerosoft Airbuses v1.2.2.0 .
  2. I thought I would add my five cents to this thread as I have been experiencing horrible frame rates w/ P3D v3.1 and the Aerosoft Airbus especially with Active Sky Next and any payware scenery especially on landings where my FPS would drop to 8-12 FPS which made landings next to impossible. After much searching, etc. it came down to hyper-threading on my Intel CPU. I disabled hyper-threading in my BIOS and then adjust my affinity mask in my Prepar3D.cfg as follows: [JOBSCHEDULER] AffinityMask=X To determine what value X should be you can use the following Mask Calculator http://www.gatwick-fsg.org.uk/affinitymask.aspx Since applying this, the Aerosoft Airbus performance has much improved.
  3. This is really great! Thanks Aerosoft! Is there a paint kit for this by chance?
  4. That would be really cool! When will VAs that are part of this program be notified? I haven't received any news regarding until I posted a message here.
  5. We have had several pilots that wish to take of the Aerosoft VA discount, but the products are no longer available. Would it be possible to get some details on how this works, so that we can modify our web site accordingly and update our pilots on how to go about purchasing Aerosoft products with the VA discount? Thanks in advance,
  6. Any idea what happen to the Virtual Airline Editions page? We are getting a No articles found error message when trying to access it. Thanks in advance,
  7. Finally managed to get it downloaded after multiple tries. Thanks for your help anyways.
  8. Anyone else having issues downloading Anchorage X? I have been trying since last night to download this scenery and it keeps timing out. I do not have any issues downloading any other productsfrom Aerosoft but I only have gotten as far as 1GB before it timed out on me. Any help would be appreciated.

    Twin Otter

I have followed all the steps in the checklist and validated it with other pilots who fly this aircraft. I removed the aircraft from my PC and then reinstalled it (v1.11) and behold no more warning messages. Go figure.
  10. Hi all, Does anyone know why I would be getting Aft Fuel Low Fuel / Fwd Fuel Low Level warning while flying the Twin Otter even though I have 50% fuel in both tanks? Thanks in advance,
