  1. I missed the Christmas discount as I was away from home and e-mails. Any chance of extending? Paul
  2. Hi again Mathijs, I have posted in this forum and the Airbus X forum with a slight problem but received no advice. I have the CH USB throttle working well with the Huey and have the Z axis is assigned to engine No1. When I now load the Airbus the CH Throttle it only operates the LH engine and I don't know how you assign both engines to the controller. Paul
  3. I could do with some help please. I had problems yesterday getting my control set up properly for the Huey and that is now all working well. I tried switching to the Airbus X tonight after flying the Huey and my CH Pro Throtle USB now only advaces the throttle fo one engine (LH). I do not know how to assign both engines of the Airbus to the USB throttle. Do I need to start the Airbus as soon as I have loaded FSX for this to happen, rather than switch aircraft? Cheers Paul

  5. Hi Mathijs, At last I have a successfully working Huey. I am not quite sure what unlocked the problem but the last time I loaded a flight with the Huey I had my CH throttle unplugged. I plugged it in and had no throttle response from the controller, so looked at the assignments which were haywire in that FSX thought it was a joystick. This is very odd because I went through the assignments of my joystick, pedals and throttle very carefully beforehand. Anyway I am one happy bunny tonight and look forward to some good flights. Thanks for your help and all those who contributed. Paul
  6. Please accept my apologies for getting uptight. I am a huge fan of Aerosoft and have almost all of your fleet and know you will try to help. I have done everything you have suggested and the suggestions from others. I still have the problem of no control in pitch and roll. I have re-set all the controlers to default, shut down and restarted FSX. Everything works well with the default Cessna and the Microsoft Bell helicopter as it should. So it would seem to me that FSX is accepting the controls properly with anything but the Huey. When I move the stick around there is the faintest of movement of the helocopter but not enough to have any control of pitch & roll. I will try a fresh instal of the Huey and see if anything has been corrupted during the instal. I assume the Aerosoft launcher does not need to be running after the Huey is installed? Paul
  7. Maybe you have not read my posts. I do not have FSUIPC installed in FSX. The Microsoft Sidewinder joystick is a very compatible joystick which I have used in FSX for years. I have re-built the fsx.cfg file. I have moved the sensitivity settings to max and null to min. I have yaw response OK from the CH foot pedals. I do not have pitch or roll from my joystick with the Huey running. I do have pitch & roll working fine with most other aircraft including the default Bell helicopter. I have tried unplugging the joytstick before starting FSX. Maybe you should think about working on this issue instead of deciding that your customers do not understand you. Paul
  8. why can't I see the .jpg file Mathis has posted about the Catalina update?

  10. I am one of those who have posted several times about the CTD on exit when using the Airbus X. I don't think it is acceptable for Aerosoft to just keep ignoring this problem. I have many other excellent Aerosoft aircraft, but I will certainly take my time before buying any others to ensure they do not have this problem. The CTD only occurs on my system with the Airbus X, not with any other addons, so I would think there is something odd about the Airbus which causes this CTD but does not happen with other aircraft. Maybe it is time to have a poll of forum readers to find the extent of the problem among users? Paul
  11. Sorry, I should have been more clear. All my CTD's are on exiting FSX after flying the Airbus no matter how I shut the flight down. I have posted elsewhere that the CTD happens when imagine FSX is writng files, presumably saving settings etc. I would love to have this issue resolved as it spoils an otherwise excellent add-on. Paul
  12. I am one of the users that get a CTD every time I use Airbus X and I am also getting a bit tired of it happening. I don't run the settings at max but would love to find an answer. Sadly Aerosoft don't seem to be interested in solving this problem or even make any comment that they might be working on the issue.
  13. Personally I don't have the REX avoiding system installed. Paul
