  1. Hi,

I see on the forum some problems about the CG when fuel + pax + cargo are loaded via Gsx.

I have no problem with that.

Maybe the problem is the following. Sorry if it's not.

1-With the fuel planner I adjust the CoG with the slider until the TOW %MAC is GREEN. I bring this precision because on all the pictures of the fuel planner accompanying the posts related to this problem, I notice that the Adjust CoG slider is always in "Reset" position, therefore the TOW %MAC is not GREEN.

    2-I click on Generate Loadsheet.

3-Once in the plane I Init the Loadsheet, then via GSX I load the fuel, pax and so ...

The trim in the Load and Fuel aircraft  matches the one found in the Fuel Planner. Everything is ok for me.

Can't get to work. Read the manual and still won't do this. Also have the A318/320 professional and no problem.

I realize this requires a different technique, but I can't seem to get it.

If you speak about the A330 you must click on the Fuel Ecam window and push Recall button during few seconds.

OK, so you have the old Fuelplanner which does not work with the A330. When you update your A330 to the latest version, yu will get a new fuel planner, BUT

this one will not work with the A31x/A32x. A fix is currently being tested and on the way. As workaround, you can use something like Simbrief for fuel calculation (and other things).

Understood. I suspected something related to having updated the A320 series after having updated the A330. Too bad...Anyway, I used Simbrief.

    Thank you.

In the A-330 When the printer prints the report you can left click and it will get torn and placed in front of the Throttles. You left click again and it opens as a 2d window. i saw a picture where the paper is pinned on your left window. How do you do that?

    Probably on the A3/18/19/20/21 serie.

  5. Hi,

During a YMML-YPAD flight, P3Dv4.5 crashed with the following message.

Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version:, time stamp: 0x5cd47aad
Faulting module name: FMGS.dll, version:, time stamp: 0x5d363009
    Exception code: 0xc0000005
    Fault offset: 0x00000000000b8121
    Faulting process id: 0x2328
    Faulting application start time: 0x01d54fe56578bbac
    Faulting application path: E:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Prepar3D.exe
    Faulting module path: E:\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional Base\Panel_Fallback\DLLs\FMGS.dll
    Report Id: 5ffe83c3-bbda-11e9-8a79-240a640748f4

I started the flight three times in a row, three times the crash took place with the same message at exactly the same place of the flight (just after passing BORTO).

At first I thought maybe there was a problem with Navigraph. I finally made the flight again with the FsLabs A319, I didn't have any crashes.

    Navigraph 1908
    A318 British Airways v1.2.5.0
FP created and verified via Simbrief

When the crashes happened I wasn't doing anything special, just flying.

    Config in my signature.

    FP attached

    Thank you and Regards,

  6. Hi,

Like in the title, please, how to? There is no reference in the maintenance window concerning that.

This brings me to a question I've been asking myself since the first version of the AN2, does this type of failure and the conditions under which it occurs (*) exist in the real aircraft?

This is the first I've heard of it. I have searched on the web, but I have not found anything related to this type of failure.

(*)"Pitot Fail: If airplane has speed less than 60 km/h more than 10 minutes (failure will happen in 10-20 minutes range)"

    Thank you and Regards,

I use the CH Throttle Quadrant and have the throttle assigned to the Generic "Throttle" in P3D v4.4...not the "Engine 1 Throttle" and works fine.

Good catch! Works, thank you very much.
