Hello Winfried and Mathijs, first a Happy New Year to you

I would like to know where the problem lies in getting AES to work with Prepar3D. Now that Airbus Extended is released and works great with Prepar3D, it is time to be able to use AES with this Sim. Nearly a year ago (17th jan 2012), Mathijs said it is being looked at.

I know that the Vistamare has to be modified, but it shouldn't be to much of a problem, as FSX and P3D use the same core sim.

It is annoying that no information is passed on if or if not AES for P3D will be available.

Would the management please state if we can expect AES for P3D in the near future?

Again as mentioned previously this is not a question for here but an enquiry about a product, if you get no joy from the developer then he may have already answered it numerous times so a search might be ion order.

Hi Shaun,

It has been 5 days. Just wondering if you have any further suggestions for this error?? I still haven't done anything with the AC. According to one of the other threads, if I uninstall the Cat, the xml file will be ruined. But, I do have a backup file if thats what I need to do. Thanks.

Hi Shaun, There does not appear to be an afcad file for LGKR in the TrafficX facilities file and if I disable the one in the CorfuX file the traffic reverts to parking as it does with the FSX default Airport, so it's a bit confusing as it appears to be the AFX in CorfuX which is causing the rather bad parking, but thanks for the suggestion.

You need to search your FSX for a duplicate Afcad for the scenery.

I think that this often happens intentionally for performance reasons; the terminals and other objects are designed to appear after a certain distance......so that FSX does not have to load many objects at once.

I've had this happen in other sceneries myself.

No cuz I dont use Iberia from WOAI, its my own with flightplan from AIG, I also noticed that the crash happens only in midday hours and afternoon, morning and evening works fine, so I guess its one of the aircraft that flies into EDDF in one of my AI traffic that causes this, do you suggest I should just try to find it, or better to delete all and buy a whole package of My Traffic ?

You could try trial and error and remove some of the AI texture folders to see which one is causing it.

Cleared my cache and I tried both winzip and 7-zip. and still no joy. I tried turning off NOD32 with no luck. Downloading is really slow. I'm not used to that since I have fiber optic.

Oh well, no big deal. I'll come back and mess with it when I find the time.

Have you tried using a download manager, when you also clear your cache you need to delete any offline content to.

Well I got it at Simmarket and then registered the serial on the Aerosoft site, so it doesn't show up under my orders at Aerosoft, but if I go to FAQ/Updates and login there, select Cologne from the dropdown, it just says "Current download version" with no updates available.

It could also be a full version update so you need to redownload the installer.

Sorry about that Shaun, I did try to attach a screenshot but it seems to have failed I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to this type of thing and I'm afraid I do not know how to try it again once I have done a post but basically the AI park too far forward and overhang the taxiway.

Try disabling the afcad that comes with Traffic X for scenery.

Hi all

sorry if this is not the correct place to post but i really need some help.

The problem i am having is on bus sim 2012 as soon as i pull out of the depot about 5 mins after the game just freezes and i have to completely turn off the pc as ctrl-alt-delete doesnt do anything.

i have tried many things, all the settings are turned right down yet it still crashes every time. Does anyone know what the problem might be??

[Gibraltar X Runway Issues]

Hi there

I have experienced a strange issue while approaching Gibraltar X. As soon as I come close to the runway the scenery changes and the runway and apron is covered with small hills (right after landing there is no runway anymore and it seems as Gibraltar's rock covered the whole airport ground).

Is this a known bug or can it be related to i.e. the Orbx software?
