Is anyone from Aerosoft going to reply to my post or not? As I see all other posts have been answered within a few hours.
Give them chance you only posted it yesterday.

Stephen,
Check in your my traffic installation directories for any afcads with LPFR in the file name and rename. That should fix your problem with misplaced signage.

There's a specific post for requests, conveniently pinned at/near the top of the forum. Please use that.
-
And searching this forum will also yield results showing exactly how to fix the gauges.

Looking good Peter, keep up the good word.
-
Glad you've got it working. For future reference dont waste time or money on 3rd party migrations tools.
-
Do you mean by activated in the installation process you put your email and serial in the boxes? Thats not activated. You need to activate either via the laucher or by using ASE from within the sim.
-
Well for a start you can remove VistaMare from your dll.xml as VistaMare.dll is not compaitble with P3D. Did you activate via the ASE menu or via the aerosoft launcher?
-
Dont use the migration tool, its guaranteed to shaft you. i have it working just fine in P3D purely by copying over the relevant files from the installer and insuring ASE is correctly placed in the P3D folder structure and added to dll.xml
-
Will be in your email. check junk folders etc.

On a day when the Hillsborough report is finally released we can all stand together united to remember our 96 friends who can no longer enjoy the sport we all love.
Lest we forget, may they never walk alone.

Are you using any download manager? What browser are you using to download with? Have you tried after clearing your browser cache? You browser could be downloading a cached copy of the file that is corrupt rather than the good file off PC Aviators website?
-
Are you using World of AI? Its been known that some of the textures for their traffic to cause the sim to crash.
-
Have you tried using another program to decompress the download? Try 7 Zip as its free. Failing that contact PC Aviator.
-
-
Have you download all three parts and extracted them to the same location?
-
Well in that case copy fsx\aerosoft\ase to p3d\aerosoft\ase
And copy the ase section from fsx's dll.xml to your P3D dll.xml
If you dont know how to do the latter, a quick search on here will yield results.

12 mins to format, reinstall Win 7 HP 64 bit and boot to desktop
Now the next 24 hours to update windows on my crappy 2mb broadband
-
Did you even look at www.aerosoft.com
I just did, typed AES into the search box, two seconds later this page loads:

Or if you have no interest in Boeings with glass cockpits
-
Copy fsx\aerosoft\Toulouse X to P3D\aerosoft\Toulouse X
Overwrite all files then try again in P3D

Great post Mathijs, we deal with the same scenarios daily at work, we provide IT equipment for a major government contract. I think the age old saying of never workings with animals or kids needs amending to working with governments too! The number of times we as a company are pushed into replacing a perfectly good computer system for no reason what so ever you wouldn't believe.
I have that t-shirt on the back it says, if you can read this, the bitch fell off
