The File "CockpitSimulator v2022.1.0,rar Where to you install this file in MSFS 2020? or is it a necessary file for MSFS 2020 and the PMDG B737?

Where do you install the file CockpitSimulator v2022.1.o? and when you install it does it automatically load the Cockpit Simulator.

Where is the file "CockpitSimulator v2.1.0.rar" file supposed to be installed in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020? Also when installed does it automatically load the CDU when you start MSFS?

On Nov 18, 2022 I attempted to Order the Cockpit Master MCDu for the B737. , Each time I entered a Credit Card the website attempted to go through Pay Pal, and my card was rejected, I tried with three different credit cards. I then got emails from my bank stating that they declined payment because the website was not trusted. I would like to purchase the item but not sure how to go about it. I attempted to purchase it directly from Cockpit Master's website. I sent them an email questioning how to purchase the item since I had the problem with the website and bank rejecting my credit cards (I tried 3 different credit cards).
