How to build a budget HTPC - FSX PC with Discus X for $400, spare parts and NO graphics card that works great with max scenery settings. I've also installed GEX, FEX and Cumulus X with terrain and landclass suppport programs. Personally, I had no idea this would work so well so I wanted to share the components and configuration.
