Just searched for a Boeing 707 on a.net with a green belly or the logo on the tail. After 34 pages I found this one: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1013802/M/ Then I asked Google for some informations about "Lesotho Airways". It told me that this airline served only few airports. One of this was Maseru. I compared your picture with the airport layout I found in google earth and both matched. Btw: You got a mail.
