jdkirk904 1 Posted December 25, 2013 Share Posted December 25, 2013 When trying to install the otter, it asks for my email and serial key, but when entered (correctly) it says it is not correct. I have copied and pasted straight from the confirmation email and my account, but still says it is wrong. Anyone have any ideas how I can overcome this problem?
