As far as know , PFPX uses .Net engine ... Do you have that installed ?

Also updating GPU (video card) drivers might help 'cause PFPX needs latest OPEN GL libraries .

Hope this helps ,

FYI , I have .NET 4 and latest Nvidia Drivers installed for Win7 64bit . Running PFPX without problems ( except known bugs/errors )

Does it crash right on start-up (What's the last message shown) or after a while of using it?

You could try deleting registry entries using the following steps:

  • Run regedit.exe
  • NAvigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FlightSimSoft.com
  • Delete the PFPX key
