stt4 8
Can this white square on both wing lights, when NAV & LOGO is switched on, be fixed in SP1? Thanks.
Cpais 8
Hi, Does this happen all the time? It looks like a graphics error to me, as when I stretch my system, my clouds turn to boxes, in addition to the lights. In other words, it looks like a computer power issue rather than a bus issue. What are your specs?
stt4 8
Hi, Does this happen all the time? What are your specs? Hi, It only happens when I turn on the NAV & LOGO switch. When I turn off the NAV & LOGO switch, the white square box disappears. I use DirectX10 Preview in FSX Acceleration as it makes the graphics sharper. Windows 7 64 bit, Intel Quad Core2 Q9550 2.83GHz, ATI Radeon HD 5770, 8GB RAM. Cpais 8
Ah. Turn OFF DX10, and reboot, then spawn in and see if the problem persists. If it does, I'll attach some replacement fx files.
stt4 8
The problem does not persist when using DX9, but only when using DX10.
Cpais 8
DX10 is known to cause issues with Scenery and aircraft, as it was never fully ready/implemented back when FSX was released. There isn't anything I can do for you if you use DX10 unfortunately. I advise you stick to using DX9, as it is a lot more stable. + the bus will work fine! Thanks for your information, and happy flying. (Topic marked solved)
