tcd223 5 Posted June 4, 2012 Share Posted June 4, 2012 I have not been able to find anything in the manual or the forum regarding the visibility of dirt on the canopy from either of the spot plane views. I have let my canopy become excessively dirty after several hours of flight without a cleaning, and have gone as far as allowing oil to make its way onto the glass. None of the grime appears on the canopy when using an external view, but oil is visible on the fuselage around the oil filler door and at the canopy's edge.
