Eskimo john 12
This photo is of the Bristol 188 at the RAF Cosford museum (XF926). It was known as "The Flying Pencil". Three were made, two flew and the third was used for ground tests only. Powered by two Bristol Olympus 532 engines similar to those user on the cancelled TSR2, and Concorde, it was beset by fuel consumption problems and its development was terminated in 1964.
