Having purchased the A300 from my "local" online store I was having problems getting the update. I sent a message to pcaviator.com.au and also to Björn. Dean from pcaviator.com.au spent a fair bit of time yesterday sorting out access to an updated version while overnight, my time, Björn forwarded my message to Shaun who arranged for me to access a download through the Aerosoft website.
