Now, with new machine recently purchased, I need to reinstall it from the scratch. I downloaded the installer from Simmarket, then typed my e-mail and code - the installer said that either code or e-mail is wrong. I did it several times again with no luck. Therefore, I created a help ticket on simmarket looking for help. Unfortunately, simmarket support stated that my problem is incorrect code or e-mail data...This response was quite stange, since I have used to buy the products from theri website with no problems as such that I described above. Shaun Fletcher 571 Posted September 15, 2009 Share Posted September 15, 2009 Hello Dmitriy, We recommend you copy and paste both the e-mail address and serial key into the installer for accuracy. Also make sure that you do not leave a space at the beginning of the box as this will make it fail too. So use the backspace key to be sure you butted the cursor up to the far left of the box. Shawn, This is exactly what I did. I bought several dozens of products from simmarket in last 9 years and used the approach that you just mentioned.
