altstiff 28 Posted July 1, 2008 Share Posted July 1, 2008 I own EDDF 2005 and the flicker/shimmer is really bad when your flying on finals (due to no mips I would imagine).Now, I have the awesome EDDP and it has ZERO shimmer/flicker due to the fact they used mips.Does the new EDDF 2008 ground have the same shimmer/flicker free ground textures tecnique that they GAP team used on EDDP?Thanks....
