How can I install scenery for MSFS2024 in Aerosoft One?

Hey.

I bought lots of

sceneries such as EDDF, EBBR, etc. for MSFS and I installed them via Aerosoft One. But I cant find a button to install them into MSFS2024. I reinstalled Aerosoft One and still no MSFS2024 button. I also opened the settings but there is nothing where I could set the MSFS2024 path. Only The MSFS2020 one.

Am I wrong, or does the Aerosoft One Client not provide MSFS2024 support? Because in the Aerosoft Shop e.g. EDDF is claimed to support MSFS2024. So how can I install it?

Thanks :)

Soooo... anyone from Aerosoft feel like replying to us?

Would be great to be able to use the sceneries if they are indeed available and ok to use... Realise it is early days of FS2024 but for reference Simmarket.com app, Contrail app, Ini builds manager and Orbx manager all have options for installing scenery into MSFS2024... Far from all sceneries marked as compatible but still...

Best,

Daniel

We plan to have an update to One later today if all goes well. With that said, we are still heavily in the process of testing products to find out what's compatible and what's not. As posted in Microsoft's latest blog post, there are some significant issues with 2020 products running in 2024, to the point it can cause the sim to not start at all. As such, it's something we're having to test each product for. The following article will be updated with a master list once the One update has been released: https://helpdesk.aerosoft.com/hc/en-gb/articles/23176823922589-Microsoft-2024-Product-Compatibility

...but you already have products tagged with MSFS2024 support. The functionality to officially install them to MSFS2024 is however missing.

On the other hand, I have a freeware tool that updated the day before MSFS2024 release, MSFS Addons Linker that I now use for these products.

It's not very impressive that you've not been able to have an update to Aerosoft One ready; by the time you have products that support the new sim.

All in all, I like Aerosoft and its continuity in the FS world very much, and I buy my sceneries from you whenever I can, but also share this rather negative feedback, not out of spite :)

Hello Tom,
Sorry to report that I am experiencing a few issues with EDDF (2024 version) ... some jetways partially sunken into the ground and others misplaced or floating in the air.
Generally speaking, I am familiar with the process of manually installing payware scenery but I would appreciate some advice regarding Aerosoft One.

First, just to confirm, I have set the path to my MSFS 2024 Community folder in the Aerosoft One app and note that after pressing the install button, a folder (Aerosoft One Library) is present inside my Community folder.

Under normal circumstances, I would have placed the scenery folder, contained within the Aerosoft One (aerosoft-airport-eddf-frankfurt , directly into my Community folder, something I didn't do on this occasion and to my surprise, the scenery still loaded.
I would appreciate your advice regarding the correct install procedure please.
