Administrator Tom 392 Posted April 30 Administrator Share Posted April 30 Hi, Typically, we do not answer tickets on the weekend, but during the week our response times are usually within 24–48 hours depending on the department your ticket is with. Looking at the contents of your ticket, there's only a couple of people that'll be able to handle this issue. I suspect you should receive a response later today!
