Average response times (for support Tickets)

Hi, I purchased a hardware device in your online store (CDU 737) and its defective. Opened a ticket Saturday and no one has contacted me. Whats the average response times for support tickets?

Hi,

 

Typically, we do not answer tickets on the weekend, but during the week our response times are usually within 24–48 hours depending on the department your ticket is with. 

 

Looking at the contents of your ticket, there's only a couple of people that'll be able to handle this issue. I suspect you should receive a response later today!
