Problem with Madeira XEvolution for FSX and FSDreamTeam's GSX

Greetings, I recently bought the Madeira XEvolution scenario for FSX, I use FSX Steam Edition. All very well. But when using the FSDreamTeam GSX, elements or objects such as: stairs, fuel tanker truck, pushback, other vehicles are shown below the airport floor, as can be seen in the photos. How can this be resolved?
