TBPB Pro Cannot connect TUG, no sounds

First off, thank you for a good pushback solution finally. However when I try to connect tug, it says TUG not available. Also there is no sounds when I do pushback without a tug. Could this be interfering with GSX?

Hi,

 

Could you confirm if you are using MSFS Addons Linker? If you are, could you give installing the add-on directly to your community folder via Aerosoft One a try instead to see if you then have audio?

I do not use any MSFS Addons Linker. Installation was done via the Aerosoft One app.

I found that being too close to the terminal building or other objects will prevent the tug from being available. Try just manually pushing back a few feet and then try again.
