Simstarter can't detect P3Dv5

I use SimstarterNG for a long time. Today I closed the session, then started SimstarterNG again and I got on the selection screen only showing me P3Dv4, which is installed too.

 

I tried a repair of P3Dv5, then reinstalled SimstarterNG, but this didn't help. I had deleted some empty directories for P3Dv2, which I don't have installed. Should not have deleted v5 things. What is SimstarterNG missing? How can I repair it?

 

SimstarterNG Version 2.6.0 (rev. 28)

I could fix the issue by starting directly P3Dv5.4. Afterwards SimstarterNG recognized it again. Have no clue what was wrong.
