Cannot install aerosoft one software

While trying to check on updates for my aerosoft products, I could not access the Aerosoft one software.  I uninstalled the program downloaded the newest version, it downloads something , and the the aerosoft logo appears and the spinning wheel and does nothing.

 

The installation folders are in place, but when looking at the task manager there are sevral aerosoft entries but 0% execution. I have googled for a solution but to no avail. I have run the installer "as administrator", the updater (1.61) which appears in the pending folder "as administrator". I have turned off the Microsoft Defender, all of which is still not allow ing me to install this.

 

Why does this software have to be so difficult to install, 

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Due to the issue you're having, we'll need your Aerosoft One logs to determine the issue you are having. Could you please create a ticket where you can provide this to us? You can create a ticket here, and the log files can be found in the following locations:

1. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.log
2. (if it exists) C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.old.log

 

The Aerosoft One team will then take a look at this and get back to you.
