Is this normal to wait A MONTH?

I’ve had a quick look, and it looks like the ticket mentioned here (20204) was merged with another ticket created by yourself with the same contents, so any of the replies wouldn’t quote this ticket number but the merged ticket number instead. I do, however, see that the ticket hasn’t had a response within the last week and have prioritised it, so you should have a follow-up shortly.
