expire 7
Hello Looking at my Jeppesen / Navigraph Scilly Isles chart (EGHE as an example), only Runway 32 and 27 approaches are described. I was wondering what the status of an approach on the opposite runways might be (Runway 14 runway 9)? Do you think that Navigraph have simply not published the 14 and 9 charts or are they genuinely unavailable? If the latter, how do pilots manage during 'easterlies'? Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4141 Posted May 17, 2022 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted May 17, 2022 Looking at the official charts at Eurocontrol, there are simply no procedures for 9/14.
expire 7
Thank you for looking - so what does having no procedures imply? Is it forbidden to land on 9/14 or does one simply use common sense and flying skills? All the best Mike

Not forbidden, but obviously only VFR. So in the sim simply fly visual. When you open a free account at Eurocontrol, you get more details about the airport: https://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/cms-eadbasic/opencms/en/login/ead-basic/
