Aerosofts fragwürdige Haltung gegenüber der Community

Nachdem dieser Thread durch Aerosoft gelöscht wurde, das ganze nochmal: Aerosoft ist ganz offenkundig nicht bereit für Kritik und zensiert diese durch das Löschen von Beiträgen, die Aerosoft kritisieren...Das nächste Fettnäpfchen hat also nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Anstatt sich nun zu geben wie Kim Jong-un, könnte man auch offen darüber kommunizieren, anstatt gebetsmühlenartig die Verletzung des Copyrights wiederholt zu erwähnen und dies als Grund anzuführen, warum ein unfertiges und nebenbei bemerkt relativ schlechtes Produkt wie die Twotter, nicht von der Community gemoddet werden darf. Das ist einfach nur armselig und sollte für ein solch etabliertes Unternehmen nicht das Mittel der Wahl sein. Durch dieses Verhalten bin ich mir sicher, wird man an den Kennzahlen ablesen können, dass man sich hier geirrt hat und das besser hätte anders machen sollen. Von den rund 100 Leuten, mit denen ich regelmäßig auf unterschiedlichen Discord Servern fliege, kauft jedenfalls keiner mehr in naher Zukunft etwas, bis man sich entschuldigt und zurückrudert, oder die entsprechenden Posten derjenigen, die solche Entscheidungen treffen, mit kompetenten Menschen besetzt werden.

Aerosoft verkauft den FlightsimCommander. Seit einiger Zeit ist er nicht mehr voll tauglich, da er nicht mit IVAO verbunden werden kann. Im Forum erhielt ich von Herrn Kok die Antwort Aerosoft sei nur Wiederverkäufer, ich möge mich an den Entwickler wenden. 

Wäre es nicht Aufgabe von Aerosoft, den Entwickler zu kontaktieren und  zu veranlassen, die volle Funktionsfähigkeit herzustellen?  Oder wenn das nicht geschieht, in der Produktbeschreibung hinzuweisen, dass es nicht für IVAO tauglich ist. Oder es überhaupt nicht mehr für knapp 30 Euro zu verkaufen?

   Bei Aerosoft gibt es eine Anzahl tüchtiger junger Leute, die es doch hinbekommen werden, auch dieses Problemchen für uns alte Kunden (und künftige Käufer) zu lösen.

Herr Diekmann und Herr Mügge , IVAO ist stolz von Ihrer Firma gesponsert zu  werden !   Möge es so bleiben

(Aerosoft sells the FlightsimCommander. For some time it is no longer fully capable, because it can not be connected to IVAO. In the forum I got from Mr. Kok the answer Aerosoft is only reseller, I should contact the developer.

Wouldn't it be Aerosoft's responsibility to contact the developer and make it fully functional?  Or if that doesn't happen, to state in the product description that it is not fit for IVAO. Or to stop selling it at all for just under 30 euros?

   At Aerosoft there are a number of capable young people who will manage to solve this problem for us old customers (and future buyers).

We do not enjoy being compared to a dictator that has hundreds of thousands of deaths on his conto, but if you feel that exaggeration is needed to make your point, so be it. I am pretty sure the readers will make up their own mind.

• The Twin Otter is one of our best selling products, one of the best selling products on the Marketplace, in the top 5 of best aircraft on the MS forums, we got some pretty good reviews. And indeed we know there are open issues and as I discussed this week in the forums, these are being worked on.
• We do allow ALL of our products to be modded, and are even willing to host those mods. What we do not allow is our copyrighted code to be shared without permission. I offered several solutions that would allow the full mods to be shared without these problems. The person who made them did not like that idea. I still have no idea why. Other people have no made his tweaks available in a way that does not violate copyrights.
• I have understood the copyright holder of FSC wants the product removed from the shop. I only learned about this 90 minutes ago, but will make sure the product is removed tomorrow morning. I was not aware if was not fully functional.  Again we are just resellers for this product.
• We are indeed proud sponsors of many organizations

And I have no problems leaving this topic open as I am sure that most people who read this are reasonable people who understand that comparing us to Kim Jong-un is simply laughable. He put 300 people to death last month without proper legal representation. Now I have to ask our marketing department but I am pretty sure Aerosoft did not such thing. In total the UN holds Kim Jong-un responsible for at least 300.000 deaths, possibly 1.300.000 deaths. I am pretty sure Aerosofts record is better.
