(I also opened a ticket with your Support Service) Last Friday I bought the Honeycomb Bravo and I am having problems with the seven switches under the autopilot panel as they seem not to be recognised by the simulator (X-Plane 11 on late-13 iMac) when moving. I can map the functions in the X-Plane settings menu, or even through the configurator, but nothing seems to happen. Everything else works fine, including the same identical switches on the Alpha unit. I will be getting a PC to run MSFS20 in the next weeks, should I wait to see if the quadrant works with it to exclude a software issue? The unit is plugged directly into the computer (no USB hubs) and the configurator is also installed. Also I followed your troubleshooting forum page, but it didn't work.
