Honeycomb Configurator: How to set Custom Controls for Maddog MD-80

Hello there,

I need help with assigning buttons for my Alpha yoke. The Honeycomb configurator asks for Key, Name and Value. Value is clear to me, but what do you enter for name and Key? 

I have the information shown in the picture, so there is a name and numerical values. Entering these in the name field just like they're written won't work.
