Honeycomb Bravo Butttons and Gear Level not work all the rest is working

Hi all, 

 

As the titles says i have a bravo since today. I downloaded the pmdg 737 profile and did everything which is described on forums to make it work. However, everything works. Throttle, reverse, trim, speedbrake and also the knob to adjust hdg, alt, vs etc and the decrease increase knob to increase speed for instance. Also the led lights works wel when i pull op the gear (via my yoke) the led go's to red. But the knobs in between the rotating knobs eg. HDG, NAV does not work. Also the gear level does not work at all. Also the knobs below does not work. P3D V5 does not recognize any knobs. The Alpha which i own does not have this problem.

 

I am working on it for hours now without any result. 

Does somebody know what i can do. It really drives me crazy.

Hi Jasper,

 

Couple of things : 
Windows as well as P3D will not necognize buttons above #32.
As the rocker switches on the Bravo are above 32, these will not be recognized.
If you want to use them, you need to use the Configurator we provide on our product page  :

As for the other buttons, please check them according to the procedure below :

I have found the problem. The Honeycomb Bravo was broken. I just sent it back and bought a new one.
