Updating the Airbus

Are there any plans to update the Airbus sim? The aircraft now is very different to that which rolled out of the factory in the late 1980s, but most of it doesn’t change the  way it flies apart from the sharklets and the Neo engines.

It would be nice to have the options of additional centre tanks in the A321 to be able to fly long missions such as KEF-ORD as Wowair did.  A Neo option would also  be nice. Airbus has also changed the Flight Director presentation for non-precision approaches as a customer mod so that it looks like an ILS. A lockable flight deck door with the camera display on the ND and an opening switch are just some of the things I can think of.
