DaveCT2003 2553
Sorry you're having issues, it's certainly not normal. Which Airbus and Airbus version are you using? Did you reboot after installing? If not, then pleae do this and let us know if that resolved things? If it doesn't resolve things please describe what you were doing in the aircraft when the CTD occurred and also download, unzip and run our ASVersionInfo tool, and then post the results here in this thread. DaveCT2003 2553
So, everything looks good on your end. I just had a conversation about this (who looked at your info) and he believes it's a rare and random bug that we have with the A330 (error code is 0xc0000005 which is a NULL pointer exception). I believe this could also be caused by an error in the NavData, or using a flight plan generated for one AIRAC while the aircraft has another AIRAC installed. Moreover, I also believe it's possible for this to occur when runways and SIDs/STARs are included in a downloaded flight plan that is generated using say Navigraph, and the Aircraft is using NavDataPro (because Jeppesen NavData and LIDO NavData can have far different waypoint names). Ensuring you are using a flight plan that is from the same NavData and AIRAC Cycle as the aircraft has may go a long ways to preventing this error. I will add that I have never once experienced this error myself, and I have countless flights all over Europe and North America in all of the Airbus Pro aircraft. Best wishes!
